Letter from the Owner/Engineer:
I would like to thank you for taking the time to read through the Pernell Taylor Consulting Site. It has been a year and a half since I began my consulting practice to provide consulting services to the Hampton Roads business community.
I'm still around! Its it has been a good start and I thought it's about darn time to get my company website up and running.
Well here it is! the first edition of Pernell Taylor Consulting's website. It has been a pleasure having all of my customers and I hope to have you as a new customer soon.

Pernell Taylor Consulting is a proud sponsor of the Information Technology Professional Association. Pernell Taylor is the president of the Information Technology Professional Association of Hampton Roads which began life as the CNEPA Certified Netware Engineer Professional Association, In order to serve a broader audience the CNEPA became the NPA or Network Professional Association. The NPA was an international organization which reached a point where it provided little support to the local chapters but collected a great deal in membership dues. The ITPA of Hampton Roads was formed by the then Virginia Beach Chapter of the Network Professional Association. The NPA and The leadership of the Virginia Beach Chapter decided to separate until such point in time when our groups were able to provide both of us with benefits. So the ITPA has been around for 9 years now. Membership on the www.itpa-hr.org site has grown above 100 this year.
